Ngadhnjim Halilaj

Project Manager

Ngadhnjim Halilaj is a seasoned Project Manager with over a decade of experience in program design,
implementation, and strategic stakeholder engagement across the civil society sector. Holding a Master’s degree in
Management Information Systems from Northern Illinois University, he brings a unique blend of data-driven
insight and field-based coordination to complex governance, transparency, and development initiatives.
Before joining BGF, Ngadhnjim held senior roles at the National Democratic Institute and Democracy for
Development Institute, where he led multi-stakeholder projects, facilitated strategic planning processes, and
contributed to evidence-based policy development through data analysis and research. His expertise spans project
lifecycle management, budget planning, communication strategies, and digital tools for data analysis and outreach.
