Adrian Berisha

Board Member

Adrian Berisha is a cultural producer, director, and musician based in Prishtina, Kosovo. With over a decade of experience in cultural policy, event production, and community engagement, he currently serves as the Executive Director of Hajde Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to supporting art and culture in Kosovo and beyond. At Hajde, Adrian leads the foundation’s mission, manages national and international collaborations, and develops programs ranging from artist residencies to the restoration of significant cultural landmarks.

He is also the co-founder of Hamari Agroturizem, a family-run initiative that celebrates sustainable living and traditional Albanian cuisine through a unique farm-to-table experience. Adrian has previously served as Director of the Department of Culture and as a Member of the City Council in Prishtina, where he played a key role in shaping public cultural policy and supporting independent artistic initiatives.

Throughout his career, Adrian has been deeply involved in some of Kosovo’s most influential cultural projects, including Manifesta 14 Prishtina, Sunny Hill Festival, Opera of Kosovo, and as co-founder of Prishtina Jazz Week. His work spans across large-scale festivals, institutional collaborations, and grassroots cultural development.

As a musician and performer, Adrian has been an active presence in Kosovo’s cultural life since 2009, known for creating warm, inclusive atmospheres through his carefully curated music selections. His work bridges grassroots creativity with institutional leadership, always rooted in dialogue, artistic integrity, and community values.
